Exchange/Return Policy

See below for important information about the exchange or return policy: 

1. EXCHANGE or RETURN

a) The exchange or return procedure must be communicated to our Call Center via emailatendimento@vkacessorios.com.br

b) The exchange must be made within a period of up to 7 calendar days after receiving the product. obs: Applications received after this deadline will not be accepted;

c) The product can be exchanged for any merchandise on the site;

d) Goods arising from exchange or cancellation must be forwarded to VK in their original packaging;

e) The DANFE (Electronic Invoice Auxiliary Document) must necessarily accompany the product;

f) The product must be intact, if it is defective due to misuse, the reversal will not be authorized and the product returned to the customer without the corresponding refund of the amounts paid.

2. EXCHANGE or REFUND 

The)in case of exchange, after receiving the product and due analysis regarding its condition, we will send you a single-use voucher for the value of the product purchased, which the customer can use for any merchandise on the site;

B)In case of reimbursement:      Card payments:  The reversal can occur in up to TWO subsequent invoices. From the moment we request the reversal, it is the responsibility of the administrator of the card used to deduct the amount from the card invoice. 

                                                         Payments via deposit/transfer. bank: The refund will be made to your current account within 10 business days.

3. IMPORTANT INFORMATION

a) All returns must be formalized by email and only after receiving a confirmation email should the product be sent.Products returned without prior notice will be immediately resent to the customer;

b) The product must be intact, if it is defective due to misuse, the reversal will not be authorized and the product returned to the customer without the corresponding refund of the amounts paid.
